Position: Email Marketing Manager
Salary Range: Up to $70,000 / year DOE + bonus
Email Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Experience or interest in the staffing industry
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation for a service-based industry
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or communications is highly preferred
- Must be extremely tech-savvy, creative and forward-thinking
- Self-motivated, passionate, and eager to make a big impact
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and quick-moving environment
- Experience with email automation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools preferred
Email Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Design creative and insightful demand-generation strategies, optimizing our platforms and technologies to increase lead generation and maximize conversation rates
- Work with leadership to implement and refine existing lead-generation processes
- Research and identify new technologies and brainstorm innovative ways to implement them in alignment with company goals
- Assist with creating and producing content for various lead generation campaigns
- Track essential metrics (e.g., open rates, unsubscribes) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI
- Report on sales revenue generated through email marketing efforts
- Maintain an up-to-date client database and organize targeted email lists
- Determine the appropriate target audience for each campaign
