A well-established property management company in El Cajon, CA, is seeking a Director s Assistant/Office Administrator to provide high-level support to the Director and leadership team. This dynamic role involves a mix of administrative and property management responsibilities, including managing tenant communications, preparing legal notices, coordinating payment plans, and scheduling company events. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and experience in both office administration and property management. Salary Range: $30 35 / hour DOE
Director s Assistant/Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement rent increases, ensuring proper documentation and tenant communication
- Prepare and file unlawful detainer actions and manage 3-day notices and other legal documents in collaboration with the legal team
- Develop and manage payment plans for delinquent tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Draft and update addendums, contracts, and other lease-related forms
- Resolve security deposit disputes in compliance with legal standards and company policies
- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and team-building activities
- Provide general administrative support to the Director and management team, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Director s Assistant/Office Administrator Requirements:
- 3+ years of office administration experience
- 3+ years of property management experience
- Knowledge of Appfolio or similar property management software
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills
