Job Description

A cutting-edge information technology company is seeking a digitally fluent Director of Sales to sell a customized AI software platform to marketers!  The company is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS/tech industry, that has strong connections with the digital advertising agency world to help drive sales for the company.

As the Director of Sales, you'll be joining a small company with a vibrant culture and a strong track record of employee longevity. Pay Range: $135,000 - $160,000 DOE

  • Drive sales of the WODWO platform, focusing on digital product sales
  • Expand business development efforts and generate leads
  • Utilize familiarity and contacts within marketing agencies to move sales forward
  • Conduct virtual demos, follow-up calls, and contract negotiations
  • Leverage existing marketing agency relationships and establish new connections
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite and any necessary tools for effective sales processes

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in selling to digital agencies or SaaS/DaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing agencies and high-level ad or marketing agencies
  • Experience in the digital world, such as working with DSPs or DMPs, is a plus
  • Strong network and industry connections in the digital marketing space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in an individual contributor role
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team
