Job Description


A digital company offering prepaid debit cards, SaaS, crypto machines, and cashless machines is looking for an experienced Director if Operations in San Clemente, CA. This position offers a hybrid work schedule giving the employee freedom to work both in the office and remotely. The Director of Operations will be responsible for understanding gaming operations, ticket redemption, slot machines, and financial services. The ideal candidate will have a financial services background and experience in payments in the gaming space, tech cashing, ATM withdrawals, and ways for people to get money in the casino. 
 
Pay Range:?$150,000 - $200,000 DOE 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and finance departments 
  • Understand the operations and hands-on learning of the types of hardware utilized, how it works, and the software 
  • Develop a strategy with the finance and sales departments to know the upcoming schedule and prepare for it 
  • Deploy equipment and ensure it works, generate reports, customer satisfaction, repair machines, refill the machines, and expand to look for new locations 
  • Manage parts and replacement parts of the kiosks 
  • Understand gaming operations, ticket redemption, slot machines, and financial services 
 
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in operations in gaming/casino gaming space/kiosk manufacturer 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience in payments in the gaming space, tech cashing, ATM withdrawals, and ways for people to get money in the casino 
  • Experience in understanding gaming operations, ticket redemption, slot machines, and financial services 
  • Experience with manufacturing kiosks or equipment would be helpful
