A leading manufacturing company in Dyersburg, TN, is searching for an experienced Director of FP&A to join their team! Director of FP&A Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Proven experience with PowerBI for financial reporting and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting within the manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems, with the ability to lead and support system conversions in a manufacturing context
- Ability to work onsite in Dyersburg, TN, with occasional flexibility for remote work
- Experience as a Director or VP is preferred
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience is preferred
Director of FP&A Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, including the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans specifically tailored to the manufacturing industry
- Utilize PowerBI to create and maintain financial dashboards and reports, providing real-time insights to drive business decisions and operational efficiency
- Develop and refine financial models that reflect the unique cost structures and revenue streams in a manufacturing environment
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management, focusing on optimizing manufacturing costs and improving overall profitability
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team, ensuring data-driven decision-making aligned with the company s strategic goals
- Play a key role in supporting the company s ERP system conversion, ensuring the integration of financial data with manufacturing operations and maintaining data integrity
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members, with a focus on enhancing their analytical skills and understanding of manufacturing finance
