Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for ensuring regulatory and contractual excellence? A global leader in tactical military communications is seeking a Director of Compliance and Contracts Compliance to oversee compliance and contract management. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with international export regulations, managing contracts, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a growing, family-oriented team. They are looking for a detail-oriented leader with expertise in regulatory compliance, international export licensing, and contract management who can build strong relationships and navigate complex requirements.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 / year DOE

Director of Compliance and Contracts Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regulatory compliance for domestic and international contracts, ensuring adherence to DDTC, ITAR, and export licensing requirements
  • Manage and provide leadership to two direct reports in the sales support team
  • Develop and implement annual training programs on foreign corrupt practices for internal teams and international representatives
  • Review and manage financial transactions
  • Monitor and track contract terms, installment payments, and on-time delivery processes within the ERP system
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure contract requirements are met and compliance standards maintained
  • Apply for and manage export licensing processes in alignment with defense trade controls
  • Maintain detailed workflows and processes for ISO 9000 certification compliance
  • Address challenges related to evolving regulations and supply chain impacts on delivery schedules

Director of Compliance and Contracts Compliance Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in domestic and international contract management
  • Comprehensive understanding of export compliance regulations, including DDTC, ITAR, and FCPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts effectively across teams
  • Bachelor s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • U.S. Citizenship required
