Job Description

A leading real estate firm based in Dallas, Texas is seeking a land acquisition associate who is motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role involves supporting key operational and strategic initiatives, requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 / year DOE
Land Acquisition Associate Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential land acquisition opportunities that align with company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with land brokers and other stakeholders
- Utilize advanced mapping software to analyze and vet land sites for feasibility
- Track and manage project data using Excel and other software tools
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, management, and construction to evaluate projects
- Prepare and organize materials for city council meetings and other key presentations
- Support high-level administrative tasks related to land acquisition and development projects
- Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on work ethic
Land Acquisition Associate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
- 1-5 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate, construction, asset management, marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with mapping software (geology-related experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- A hustler mentality with a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Stable work history over the past five years
Land Acquisition Associate Benefits
