Customer Service Agent
Job Description
A leading e-commerce company in the skin care industry is searching for a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Chatsworth, CA! They are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage returns and overall ensure total customer satisfaction. Pay Range: $18 - $25/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage 20-50 calls and emails daily, providing product information and assistance
- Process customer orders, invoicing, create shipping labels, and handle returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
- Follow up with potential clients to secure orders
- Work within MS Office and Word
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center or hospitality is preferred)
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- Spa and salon product knowledge is a plus
