Corporate Controller
Job Description

An industry leading and growing healthcare provider with operations in multiple states is seeking a Corporate Controller based in Eatontown, New Jersey. This role is key in managing financial operations with responsibilities including month-end close, revenue recognition, AP/AR processes, and multi-entity consolidation and team management. The position also involves integrating ERP systems from newly acquired entities into their parent system, NetSuite, and offering financial guidance to drive strategic decisions. This role requires occasional travel for team alignment and integration support. Ideal candidates bring proven expertise as a Controller, multi-state experience, and adaptability within a fast-paced, expanding organization.
Salary Range: $175,000-$190,000 / year DOE
Corporate Controller Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly finance close and revenue recognition reporting to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll functions within the healthcare division
- Drive system integration efforts within NetSuite, working to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze cost of sales and business trends, specifically within private duty healthcare services
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership, making proactive recommendations to support organizational goals
- Occasional travel needed to support integration and team alignment
Corporate Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Controller, with a strong track record in multi-state financial operations
- Proficiency in NetSuite, with experience in system implementation preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare is highly preferred
- CPA certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment, with strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
