Job Description


A leading legal firm is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Consumer Class Action Attorney in Westlake Village, CA. The candidate will serve as both first and second chair on a variety of matters at different stages of litigation, including pre-filing investigation and client intake, drafting of complaints, law and motion and more! The right candidate must have experience with Consumer Class Actions, i.e. Wage and Hour, Data Privacy, Personal Injury, etc.

Pay Range: $175,000 - $180,000 DOE 


Responsibilities:
  • Litigating at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts
  • Conducting in-depth investigations and other research
  • Negotiating and drafting
  • Discovery 
  • Taking/defending depositions
  • Drafting/arguing motions
  • Trial preparation and support
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients
  • Mediations

Requirements:
  • Applicants should have experience with complex litigation, possess excellent writing and research skills
  • Must have 4-8 years of consumer class action experience
  • Must be Barred in CA
