Are you a strategic thinker and experienced leader ready to make a meaningful impact in the consulting world? A leader in customer experience solutions is seeking a Consulting Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of consulting projects for high-value clients. In this role, you will lead end-to-end program management, including assessment, design, implementation, and optimization. You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage cross-functional teams, and leverage IT service management (ITSM) frameworks to deliver measurable improvements. They are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in program management, and expertise in ITSM frameworks who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused consulting environment.
Consulting Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop program roadmaps, define milestones, and manage scope, budgets, and timelines
- Assess current states, identify gaps, and guide clients in adopting ITSM frameworks
- Design and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle
- Establish KPIs and provide regular updates to client leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration
- Support cultural and operational change initiatives, including training and coaching client teams
Consulting Program Manager Requirements:
- 7 10+ years of program management experience, ideally within IT service management or IT operations in consulting
- Proven success leading multi-year programs with measurable outcomes
- PMP certification is required
- Strong expertise in ITSM frameworks and familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor s or equivalent experience
- Growth mindset, ability to manage competing priorities, and strong interpersonal skills
