Construction Project Manager
Job Description
A cutting-edge telecommunications enterprise that offers a full range of IT design solutions for utility and construction companies is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Baltimore, MD! This role will primarily involve overseeing fiber optics for telecommunications and low-voltage electricity projects. If you can read blueprints, create schedules, manage budgets, understand OSHA standards and have a keen ability to see the bigger picture without losing attention to detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You can look forward to 100% insurance premium coverage, impromptu staff lunches, an engaging work culture, work life balance and so much more!
Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000K/year DOE
(2 years will be closer to the $80K/year range and 5+ years will be closer to the $110K/year range.)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with directors/general managers
- Oversee supervisors, construction crew members/teams, and other subcontractors
- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Prepping and planning in the morning, connecting with customers, reviewing work, and making supplier purchases
- Ensure projects are on schedule, handle any team/personnel issues, and review productivity
- Liaise with inspectors, city officials, and clients on both private and government projects
- Excavation work may be required on certain projects
- 2+ years of experience in utility construction project management
- Ability to read blueprints, create schedules, and manage budgets
- Supervisory experience
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- OSHA 30 certification
- PMP or project management certification is preferred
- Knowledge in equipment operation and temporary traffic control is preferred
- Experience with fiber optics for telecommunication and low-voltage electricity is preferred
