Construction Office Manager
Job Description
A construction company in Buena Park, CA is searching for a Construction Office Manager to join their team! They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience to help coordinate and manage various administrative tasks such as Accounts Payable data entry, assisting in contract administration, supporting accounting projects and other related activities. Previous experience in construction industry is required.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry for Accounts Payable, matching invoices with packing slips and purchase orders
- Assist in contract administration and sending out certificates of insurance
- Support in various project tasks as needed by the Controller
- Interface with Payroll company for staff payroll management
- Assist with billing and handle phone calls as required
- Job costing and WIP reporting, with training provided as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of construction admin experience
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas), Microsoft Suite, Outlook 365, and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in ERP accounting
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Quickbooks desktop is preferred
- Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors is preferred
