Boutique Recruiting has teamed up with an up-and-coming community bank in Scottsdale, AZ in search of a Community Bank CFO.  As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be managing all accounting functions of the bank, a noncomplex investment portfolio and be responsible for producing financial reports for the board of directors.  This important leadership role also comes with the unique opportunity to be a part of building the financial component of a new bank in the future.

Pay Range: $160,000 – $175,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all the accounting functions of the bank
  • Manage a noncomplex investment portfolio
  • Produce financial reports for the board of directors
  • Present financial reports to the managing committee and board of directors
  • Manage the execution of investment decisions
  • Settle liquidity positions on a daily basis
  • Provide strong long-term leadership
  • Some GL work
  • AP work as needed

Requirements:
  • CPA is required
  • C-suite regulatory approval
  • 10+ years of Community Banking/Credit Union experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
