Commercial Property Manager
Job Description
A real estate developer and property management company is searching for a friendly and professional Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ! They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of property management experience to manage a portfolio of 7 office properties, ensuring excellent tenant relations and overseeing day-to-day operations including AR work, lease abstracts, budget variants, solving tenant issues, and more. Pay Range: $80, 000 - $100, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee AR work, track tenant payments, and ensure accurate lease abstracts and financial reporting
- Address tenant issues, manage tenant move-ins, and foster strong relationships through regular property visits
- Supervise engineering work, secure bids for capital work, and assist with monthly reporting and budgeting
- Coordinate maintenance issues, conduct property inspections, and engage in contract negotiations with vendors
- Implement sustainability practices, monitor market trends, and lead tenant retention initiatives
- Prepare and present reports on property performance to senior management
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Property Manager for commercial properties, with a focus on budgeting, CAM recs, and variance reports
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with commercial real estate software, especially Avid and Yardi
- Must hold an Arizona Department of Real Estate license
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate law, local regulations, and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of property management and real estate
