A distinguished insurance brokerage firm in Burbank, CA is searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be required to focus on the business side of insurance by managing a diverse portfolio of accounts within a variety of industries including wholesale produce, restaurants, and the entertainment industry. They are looking for someone with a background in commercial lines account management, with a P&C license and great communication skills! Pay Range: $85, 000 - $100, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to manage client accounts effectively, focusing on renewals and client service excellence
  • Accurately quote policies using industry-standard platforms and tools
  • Process and manage essential client documentation, including certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards, and loss runs
  • Conduct thorough client renewal processes, ensuring all client needs are met and policies are up to date
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts, providing personalized service and expert guidance to each client
  • Address client inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of policy management and endorsement review
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the most current advice to clients
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance expertise in commercial insurance management and client service

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a preference for experience in Wholesale Produce, Restaurants, and Entertainment industries
  • Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with Applied EPIC or equivalent industry-specific software
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaboration
  • Strategic thinker and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of account management
  • Adaptable and capable of managing a dynamic workload with efficient time management skills
  • Committed to professional development, with a focus on continuous learning and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required, with consideration for experience over degree
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
