Our client that specializes in contribution retirement plan consulting is looking for a skilled Client Services Manager to join their growing team. Located in Chicago, IL, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive experience in retirement planning and a knack for engaging with C-suite executives to manage client relationships, oversee project management tasks, and mentor team members. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / year DOE
Client Services Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree required
- Over 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in retirement plans (e.g., Defined Contribution, 401k)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
- Proven experience working with C-suite executives
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM; experience with Dropbox preferred
- Experience in a consulting financial firm preferred
- In office 3x a week, WFH Monday & Friday
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including CFOs and HR leaders, ensuring top-tier service and support
- Onboard new clients and train them on fiduciary responsibilities and best practices
- Assist clients with compliance requirements and track governance documentation
- Provide daily support to consultants and manage client requests
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), stay informed about relevant legislation, and identify opportunities for internal process improvements
- Offer project management support and mentorship to team members
