A leading investment advisory firm based in Oklahoma City, OK, is searching for an exceptional and dedicated Client Services Associate to join their team! This position works closely with Wealth Management Advisors to assist with the wealth management and financial planning needs of high-net-worth clients. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for data gathering, case design, scenario building, financial plan development and implementation, and client project administration. The ideal candidate is polished, adept at verbal and written communication, and has a thorough understanding of the investment advisory industry. Client Services Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to Wealth Management Advisors in servicing high-net-worth clients
- Gather and organize financial data, perform analyses (e.g., retirement, cash flow, insurance), and draft financial plans
- Collaborate with client's attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors to obtain necessary information and ensure accuracy
- Prepare materials for client meetings and attend meetings to provide support and manage follow-up tasks
- Handle client inquiries, analyze special requests (e.g., mortgage or Social Security analysis), and deliver solutions promptly
- Assist with client account maintenance and ongoing portfolio management tasks
- Contribute to the firm's growth through proactive client service and adherence to high standards of excellence
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Client Services Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client service within the financial services or wealth management industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data organization and presentation skills
- Familiarity with financial planning software
- Series 65 securities license required
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and knowledge of the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and polish
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
