Job Description

A dynamic financial services firm is searching for an enthusiastic, personable, and proactive Client Services Associate to join its close-knit team in Mill Valley, California. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in financial services, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Client Services Associate, you will handle subscription documents, manage investment reports, assist clients with inquiries, and support investor relations. If you are a polished professional who thrives in a boutique, high-energy environment and enjoys working directly with high-net-worth investors, this position could be your perfect fit.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 / year DOE

Client Services Associate Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services (RIA, bank, broker/dealer)
  • Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and Excel (including formulas)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present confidently to high-net-worth investors
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Client Services Associate Responsibilities:

  • Complete subscription documents for clients and assist with back-office tasks
  • Organize and manage investment reports on online platforms
  • Provide administrative support, including getting lunch for the team and greeting clients
  • Assist clients with platform access and inquiries
  • Distribute investment reports and summary decks
  • Collect necessary documents during closings, such as passports and subscription documents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending calendar invites
  • Send out blast emails for client webinars and schedule Zoom calls
  • Learn and utilize CRM system to manage client information
  • Ensure client satisfaction with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving
