Client Services Assistant

Job Description
A boutique financial services company in San Diego, CA is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients going through financial transitions. Your duties will include responding to client inquiries, managing client accounts, and providing support to the company team. If you have excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will perform well in this role.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Open and maintain client accounts
- Provide back-office support and administrative assistance to the team
- Work closely with a team of three portfolio managers and advisors
- Work with clients with high net worth
- Use Redtail, Black Diamond, Wealthscape or similar platforms to support clients and manage their accounts
- Complete recurring, transactional tasks in a high-volume environment
- Adapt to the changing needs of the team and the company
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong communication skills, particularly in speaking to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with platforms such as Redtail, Black Diamond, and Wealthscape is preferred
