Job Description
A premier financial services firm is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their team at their state-of-the-art office in Carlsbad, CA! This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founder in supporting high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They are looking for seasoned candidates who are polished, confident, and genuine, with exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong work ethic. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / year DOE
Client Service Manager Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience at an RIA or large firm (e.g., Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley)
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients ($5 million+)
- Series 65 or 66 or CFP certification is preferred
- Bachelor s degree required (relevant experience may be considered)
- Proficiency with RedTail, Schwab & Fidelity, Orien, Microsoft Suite, and RingCentral
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work 100% onsite from their office in Carlsbad, CA
Client Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the right hand to the owner, supporting his extensive book of business
- Handle client service requests, including moving money and onboarding new clients
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Oversee meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring all client interactions are smooth and professional
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Work onsite, setting an example for the team with a strong presence in the office
