A booming wealth management firm in Sacramento, CA is seeking a proactive and polished Client Service Associate that is looking to thrive in a client-facing role. This individual will support 40+ corporate clients by managing client onboarding, answering inquiries, preparing presentations, and facilitating meetings. Ideal candidates excel at providing top-notch service, are highly organized, and can confidently engage with C-suite executives.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule quarterly meetings with clients
- Manage client onboarding processes, including paperwork and DocuSign submissions
- Answer client questions and provide support with platforms and enrollment
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Assist in enrollment meetings and facilitate smooth processes
- Maintain client data in CRM systems
- Call insurance carriers and handle related administrative tasks
- Proactively solve problems and ensure timely responses to client needs
- Uphold the company's high standards of client service and professionalism
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 2 3+ years of client service experience
- Must have financial services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable interacting with C-suite level executives
- Series 6, life, health, and accident licenses or experience with 409A non-qualified deferred compensation plans are a plus
