Client Service Associate
Job Description

A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to support high-net-worth clients and assist advisors with onboarding, asset management, and client service operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, committed professional who thrives in a team-oriented and client-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in client communication, account transfers, troubleshooting, and appointment coordination, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Handle client onboarding, transfers, and account maintenance
- Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Work closely with advisors to develop and implement client service strategies
- Utilize platforms such as Schwab, eMoney, Wealthbox, Outlook, and Orion
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings for advisors
- Ensure clients receive the appropriate level of service and attention based on account segmentation
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services
- Series 7, 63, or 65 certification required
- Experience managing clients with a net worth of at least $1M
- Schwab/independent platform experience preferred
- CFP designation or Registered Representative preferred
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to work independently
