An innovative financial services firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team in North Naples, Florida. In this crucial role, the Client Service Associate will manage client relationships for approximately 100-150 clients, prepare necessary documentation, assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, address client inquiries, and participate in client appreciation events. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, a strong background in client service from a registered investment advisory firm or broker-dealer, and possess exceptional organizational skills, making them an essential contributor to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service to approximately 100-150 clients, primarily families with a net worth of $1-$2.5 million
- Assist the planner with day-to-day operations, including preparing paperwork and attending client meetings
- Address client inquiries and requests for distributions promptly and effectively
- Prepare for client meetings and field software-related questions using platforms like eMoney and Smart Office (CRM)
- Participate in client appreciation events and other initiatives to foster client relationships
- Work closely with the Planner to ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a client service associate role within an RIA or broker/dealer
- Strong understanding of financial services terminology and concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including formulas)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; experience will be considered
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and proactively
