Job Description


A renowned financial services firm in Helena, MT is searching for a versatile and proactive Client Service Associate to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisors by providing essential administrative support for things such as scheduling appointments, opening new accounts, and following up to ensure client service models are met.

Pay Range: $47, 840 - $54, 080 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in managing and tracking client interactions and transactions
  • Field incoming phone calls
  • Call clients and schedule meetings
  • Assist with paperwork for about 700-800 households
  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Facilitate paperless and automated processes for opening accounts
  • Work closely with annuity companies and help in processing advisor transactions
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and assist in managing the team's extensive book of business
  • Provide other support services for clients and advisors as needed

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of office administrative/management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree required for candidates without financial services experience
  • Must be willing to obtain SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses within a specified timeframe (if not already licensed)
  • Strong multitasking abilities, detail-oriented, proactive, and driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in financial services or related industries is preferred
  • Active involvement in the Helena community is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
