Job Description
A successful financial services firm in Edison, NJ is searching for a polished and proactive Client Service Associate to join their team! They are looking for candidates who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented and thrive in a client-facing, fast-paced environment to provide exceptional support and service to clients and Wealth Advisors. Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 1-3 years of financial services experience, preferably in a client-facing role within a wealth management firm
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or 4-5+ years of relevant experience)
- Proficiency in financial software such as Fidelity Wealthscape, eMoney, and CRM systems
- Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with various technology platforms
- Experience working in an RIA firm is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Support Wealth Advisor in managing client accounts and relationships
- Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, opening accounts, and managing client files
- Manage calendars and coordinate client meetings
- Prepare and process meeting action items
- Field client calls and communications
- Assist in managing 70-90 client households
- Utilize financial software and tools to support client service activities
