Client Service Associate
Job Description
Boutique Recruiting is looking for an outgoing individual who is a self-starter who loves to take initiative to join our client s financial services company in Burlington, WA as a Client Associate. This is a role for someone who really enjoys being client facing and working with people. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Advisors (FAs) by providing administrative support for things such as scheduling appoints, opening new accounts and following up with the FAs to ensure client service models are met.

Pay Range: $50, 000 - $55, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to all Branch, Firm, and Compliance policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Inform FAs of all important information and activities related to their client s accounts and transactions in a timely manner
- Escalate client or operational issues to BOM or BOOM as necessary
- Facilitate the transfer of client funds and/or securities at the direction of the FA
- Review and maintain all account documents and information
- Compose letters and memoranda in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Provide backup for other support positions in the branch if needed
- Understand and utilize the Firm s desktop systems and applications and the related functionality as it applies to client service and business enhancement
- Perform any other duties and special projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the securities industry, its operations and its products
- High School diploma, GED or comparable work experience. Post-Secondary education preferred. Prior industry experience is a plus
- Proficient computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Mathematical aptitude
- Strong communications skills;verbal and written
- Good organizational, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Follow policies and procedures
- Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
