Job Description

A national credit union leader is seeking a Client Services Associate II to join their investment services team in Hillsboro, OR. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience as a CSA and possess Series 7 and 63 licenses.

The position is sales-support focused and client-facing, requiring you to support four advisors in ensuring their clients have an excellent experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing key documents and presentations for client meetings, generating call lists, fulfilling client requests, and resolving service-related issues.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $60,000 base salary

  • Assist Financial Advisors with client onboarding
  • Prepare account paperwork
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Maintain and organize client files and records
  • Ensure compliance with all financial industry regulations
  • Conduct investment research and prepare reports for advisors
  • Collaborate with team members to complete client requests on time
  • Generate client experience plans using TouchPoint Management software
  • Participate in client events and seminars

  • 3+ years of industry experience as a CSA
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required (66 can be substituted for 63)
  • Any CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Degree is preferred but not required
