Job Description
A reputable financial services firm in New Brighton, MN is searching for a dedicated and tech-savvy Client Service Administrator to join their team! They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience at a financial planning firm who is passionate about providing quality client service. If you are detail-oriented with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, this role offers you the chance to benefit from excellent training to grow and develop your career in the financial services industry with the chance to move up!
Client Service Administrator Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a financial planning firm
- Bachelor s degree or Associate s degree, or 5-6 years of industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Familiarity with Calendly, ShareFile, and DocuSign is preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plus
- Strong communication, writing, and critical thinking skills
Client Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Open accounts, place trades, and handle money movements
- Manage incoming calls and process death claims
- Oversee office systems, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain client records and run office-wide database reports and projects
- Provide backup support to other Client Service and Operations team members
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency
- Handle general office administration tasks, including scanning documents and managing supplies
