Job Description
Join a dynamic, family-owned financial planning firm specializing in retirement income planning, located in San Rafael, California. As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations, enhancing client experience, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, and have a passion for client communication, this role is an excellent fit for you!
Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,400 / year DOE
Client Experience Coordinator Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support within the financial, legal, medical, or similar industries
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Expertise in meeting preparation, scheduling, and client communication
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems
- Experience supporting management level and working with client data
Client Experience Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support executive team with client communication, scheduling, and follow-up
- Manage client data and assist with onboarding and documentation processes
- Prepare meeting materials, create action item summaries, and track project progress
- Coordinate with financial institutions to maintain smooth client transactions
- Assist in preparing and transcribing meeting notes and action items
- Help organize weekly meetings and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
