Job Description
A wholesale supplier in Lynwood, CA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual CRM Operations Specialist to optimize and manage the HubSpot platform fully ONSITE. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the sales process, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their CRM expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to manage leads, track deals, and provide essential data analysis. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth processes and efficient lead management.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 / year DOE
CRM Operation Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Qualify leads and move them through sales stages in HubSpot CRM
- Use email sequences to engage prospects and maintain communication records
- Regularly update and maintain contact and deal information in HubSpot
- Leverage sales automation tools to streamline outreach and task management
- Review sales performance through reports and track KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead ownership, strategy, and sales forecasting
CRM Operation Specialist Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer or vendor relationship management
- HubSpot CRM expertise with certifications and 4+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe for email marketing
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma required; bachelor s degree preferred
- Experience in the B2B e-commerce space or wholesale liquidation B2B is ideal
- Ability to think critically, work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
