Job Description
An innovative engineering company in Sarasota, FL is searching for a highly experienced CFO to lead the financial operations of the company! They are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a CFO or high-level controller who play a critical role in the company’s ambitious scaling efforts, where strong management, financial modeling and leadership skills are essential! Pay Range: $225,000 - $250,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems, notably SAP
- Manage inventory control and SKU management within an SAP framework
- Lead financial auditing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Engage in strategic decision-making and execute the overall business plan
- Build, lead, and manage a financial team, contributing to the company's rapid expansion
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a CFO or high-level controller
- CPA certification is required
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and work with major auditing firms
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management and hiring/firing proficiency
- Prior experience in SAP is preferred
- Experience in a publicly traded company environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
