Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

  • Call businesses to set meetings for licensed brokers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals
  • Help and put together proposals to send to the prospects
  • Manage daily tasks in Salesforce
  • Complete quarterly learning and objectives
  • LinkedIn Prospecting
  • Utilize Zoom Info to get people's contact information
  • Inviting prospective clients to company events
  • Meet KPIs 
  • Sending out video brochures and following up with prospects
  • Handwritten cards to prospects

  • 4+ years of experience related to inside sales/business development (B2B sales)
  • Proven track record of quota and goal achievement
  • Insurance/Workers comp experience is preferred
  • The ability to get an insurance license within 6 months is preferred
  • Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Domain-specific knowledge

  • Base salary plus commission
