A financial services company in Seattle, WA is searching for an experienced Branch Training Manager to develop and implement training programs for branch managers and Client Service Associates across the financial services company. The position involves creating, writing, and deploying customized training materials and curricula, conducting training sessions, and traveling up to 25% of the time to various company locations to ensure staff are effectively prepared to meet operational and client service standards. This is a fully remote position, with travel to onsite locations giving you the chance to work both independently and in collaboration with others. Salary Range: $75, 000 - $95, 000 / year DOE

Branch Training Manager Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of operations experience in the financial services industry, specifically within a RIA or Broker/Dealer environment
  • Proven experience in leading and executing training programs;must have experience in developing and deploying training content
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and InvestNet (training provided for systems unfamiliarity)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey training materials clearly and effectively
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and Series 9 and 10 licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with high-level regulatory trainings is a big plus
  • Candidates can live anywhere in the US but Seattle or Great Falls region is preferred

Branch Training Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and revamp training materials and programs, including PowerPoint presentations and training guides
  • Train classes of Client Service Associates, ranging from new graduates to experienced professionals from other firms
  • Implement and advise on the curriculum, suggesting improvements and new training methods
  • Train Branch Operations Managers on how to effectively train their own teams
  • Create content for supervisory licensed individuals and potentially develop high-level regulatory training
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to various company locations for training sessions
