Are you an experienced professional in financial services with a knack for leadership and team coordination? A thriving financial services company is seeking a Branch Office Operations Manager to oversee 11 Client Service Associates at their Bozeman, MT office. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting advisors and associates to maintain seamless operations. Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
Branch Office Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support 11 Client Service Associates, including approving timesheets and PTO requests
- Act as a backup for Client Service Associates and financial advisors as needed
- Answer questions from advisors and associates about processes, paperwork, and compliance
- Oversee office operations, including submitting maintenance requests and managing building access
- Ensure CSAs are trained and up-to-date on compliance requirements
- Manage timesheet systems and monthly compliance logs
- Lead special projects, such as maintaining equipment functionality in conference rooms
- Approve and review invoices weekly
- Oversee cashier functions and ensure coverage during staff absences
- Facilitate operational meetings and maintain regular communication with team members
- Handle background checks, retirement plans, annuities, and estate-related inquiries
Branch Office Operations Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial services
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas
- Leadership and supervisory skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses are strongly preferred or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with financial software systems such as Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, or Money Guide Pro is a plus
- Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, personable, and flexible with a go-getter attitude
