A well-established maintenance company is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to join their team in North Hollywood, CA. This role will focus on expanding the client base in the commercial property sector, targeting key accounts such as property management companies, HOAs, and large commercial centers. Key responsibilities include overseeing a Client Services team member with plans for future team expansion, developing and implementing sales strategies, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with operations to create tailored service plans. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative, hands-on approach to inspire team engagement and drive business growth. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with management experience who s excited to make a real impact in a company dedicated to keeping commercial properties clean, safe, and looking their best.

Salary Range: $90,000-100,000 / year DOE

Bilingual Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small Client Services team, working closely with the Director of Operations to identify expansion areas
  • Build and maintain client relationships with commercial and property management companies, developing comprehensive service contracts
  • Develop and implement a sales process for converting leads into clients, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than one-time projects
  • Target commercial clients in HOA, property management, shopping centers, and private schools, aiming to secure large service contracts
  • Regularly interact with departmental supervisors (landscaping, pressure washing, graffiti removal) to create service plans and accurate quotes
  • Work closely with LA muralists to increase protective coating installations
  • Build new service segments, such as nonfunctional turf removal, low-water landscapes, and anti-graffiti film installation

Bilingual Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Bilingual abilities required
  • Must have 5+ years of sales experience, including 2-3 years of management experience
  • Industry experience in commercial property maintenance, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Quickbooks, GeoTab, and field management software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, especially if able to assist in system development
