Job Description


Our client is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience.  As a Personal Injury Case Manager you will be responsible for starting files and guiding clients through their treatment process by coordinating medical care and ensuring their recovery remains on track.  The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and have great interpersonal skills.  This is a full-time, onsite position in Los Angeles, CA.

Pay Range: $54,080 - $72,800 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Opening client files
  • Guiding patients through treatment process
  • Coordinating medical treatment and reaching out to medical facilities
  • Assessing property damage
  • Ensuring clients are on top of their treatment and showing up to appointments
  • Handling 50-60 cases at a time

Requirements:
  • 2 years relevant personal injury case management experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience with FileVine is preferred
