Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated Employment Litigation Associate to join our clients Century City based law firm. Their firm specializes in plaintiff side employment law and their goal is to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

Pay Range:$90,000-$120,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Work in teams with other associates on each case
  • Meet with clients to gather information
  • Conduct written discovery, propounding and responding to discovery, mediation briefs, drafting complaints, and discovery motions
  • Maintaining a good time management skills to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • 2 years of litigation experience
  • Exposure to employment law
  • Plaintiff experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a must
  • Must be barred in CA
  • Plaintiff experience preferred
