Associate Attorney
Job Description
A boutique law firm that provides general legal services to clients in a small-town setting is searching for an Associate Attorney to join their team in Litchfield, MN! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, including transactional business work, estate planning, contract reviews, and more. The firm offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and flexible small-town environment where work-life balance is valued. If you have 2+ years of experience and you are looking for a low-stress yet fulfilling legal practice, this is a great opportunity for you!
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys
- Handle transactional business work, estate planning, contract reviews, and real estate closings
- Assist with litigation matters as needed
- Build a full caseload over approximately 6 months
- Work remotely with occasional onsite meetings with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience
- Active BAR status or ability to transfer BAR registration
- Law degree (no pedigree needed)
- Experience in real estate or probate law is preferred
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment
