Assistant Asset Manager
Job Description
A notable real estate investment firm is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to join their team. Our client provides equity for residential projects around the world.
The position is 100% on-site at their office in Newport Beach, CA. Their company is known for having a respectful company culture. The right candidate will have excellent analytical skills and is personable.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating closing documentation for projects
- Enforcing critical dates and deadlines
- Interfacing with investment partners as well as other departments and management
- Coordinating with and directing in-house and outside legal counsel, title companies, lenders, and other consultants, as needed
- Prepare reports for management
- Managing compliance
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience working with a homebuilder or a commercial real estate lender
- Experience processing draws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical thinker, self-starter, and problem solver
- Ability to report to multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
