Job Description


Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Design Associate in Newport Beach, California to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule giving the employee freedom to work both in the office and remotely. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that they are completed within the specified timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. 
 
Pay Range: $60,000-$90,000 DOE 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with project managers and designers to model and annotate projects in Revit 
  • Ensure that all project drawings are accurate and meet the specified quality standards 
  • Coordinate with the project team to develop a complete set of drawings for entitlement and construction permit approvals 
  • Collaborate and build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders 
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced and rigorous environment 
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively 
  • Maintain strong proficiency in Revit software 
  • Review your own drawings for accuracy 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager 
 
Requirements: 
  • 3-10 years of professional experience in an architecture firm 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field preferred  
  • Strong proficiency in Revit software 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills 
  • Highly motivated and extremely detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a dynamic team 
  • Strategic thinking to efficiently model a project with speed and accuracy
