2-day Contract assignment for court appearances in July and October!
A busy plaintiff-only personal injury law firm in Sherman Oaks, CA is searching for a reliable and confident Appearance Attorney for a 2-day assignment! They are looking for candidates with a strong background in personal injury law with excellent deposition skills to take on this contract role for one day in Pleasanton in July and one day in Redding in October. This role offers a great chance to work independently while contributing to several high-stakes personal injury cases. The firm will cover travel expenses for local attorneys, so candidates should reside within or close to the Los Angeles area. Salary Range: $100 / hour
Appearance Attorney Requirements:
- Must be barred in California
- Prior experience defending depositions
- Experience in personal injury law is preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited university
- Los Angeles Area residents preferred
Appearance Attorney Responsibilities:
- Attend court appearances and depositions for personal injury cases
- Object to inappropriate questions during depositions
- Collaborate with lead attorney, to debrief and prepare for court appearances
- Ensure high-quality legal work and adherence to deadlines

- Date: July 1st at 10 AM (All day)

- Client: Farsi-speaking, interpreter provided.
Redding Appearance:
- Date: October (Exact date TBD)
