A thriving travel company is seeking a bilingual Administrative Receptionist to provide front desk support and assist with office administration. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow within a stable and family-oriented company. The ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Administrative Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as needed
- Receive and process incoming mail and bills
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist in planning office events, including birthdays
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Administrative Receptionist Requirements:
- 0-1 year of administrative experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
