Administrative Assistant (Bilingual in German)

Job Description
A machinery manufacturer is looking for an Administrative Assistant who speaks German (preferrably) to join their company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks such as accounts receivable and payable, managing travel expenses, and pulling reports as requested. Other responsibilities include greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, and assisting with filing papers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in the Automotive, Manufacturing, or Aerospace industry. The company provides great training and opportunity for growth, so this is a great position if you would like to advance your career.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, handling approximately 50 invoices per month
- Collect travel details, such as gas receipts, and match them to charges
- Pull reports as requested by management
- Greet visitors to the office
- Assist with filing papers
- Order office supplies
- Monitor work staff and provide updates to managers as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate-level Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Bilingual in English and German is preferred
- Accounting experience is preferred
