Salary Range: $50,000 60,000 / year DOE
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents with precision
- Track and manage contracts, ensuring deadlines and compliance
- Assist with grant applications and responses to government RFPs
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and legal needs
- Provide general administrative support to the Chief Development Officer
- Serve as a reliable right-hand support for senior management
- Prepare and maintain reports for management regarding project status and deadlines
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings
- Help ensure company compliance with legal and operational requirements
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Strong and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the legal industry preferred
