Job Description
A commercial real estate company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join their team! They are looking for someone with a background in the commercial real estate industry who has a real estate license or is in the process of obtaining one to perform various admin tasks and provide support to the general operations of the company. The position is for about 20 hours per week but has the chance to grow into a full-time role, making it a great way to get your foot in the door with a company that has an amazing and welcoming work culture in what can typically be a competitive industry. Responsibilities:
- Review leases
- Handle maintenance requests
- File and prepare documents
- Answer emails
- Keep track of invoices that need to be paid
- Manage office tasks

- Work with an expanding portfolio of properties
Requirements:
- Real Estate license required or willingness to obtain one
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Degree is preferred but not required
