The role involves managing substantial financial transactions, overseeing detailed compliance and regulatory processes, and facilitating comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, the Office Manager will handle a variety of administrative duties across multiple business entities, supporting operations and assisting with the management of licenses and tax-related tasks.
They are looking for candidates who are proactive and ambitious, with at least 3 years of administrative experience in a highly regulated environment. Someone who is exceptionally organized and tech-savvy, preferably with experience within the health and wellness industry. Admin Assistant Requirements:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience in a highly regulated environment
- Exceptional organizational and computer skills
- Adept at navigating industry-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in regulated sectors related to health and personal care is a plus
- Educational background in business administration or related fields is preferred but not required
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Proactive and anticipatory in managing tasks and addressing issues before they escalate.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly reliable, providing consistent performance and dependability
- Adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities
Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail for approximately 20-30 significant transactions per week
- Oversee the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including handling regulatory documentation, managing licenses, and assisting with tax-related tasks
- Support multiple aspects of the business by managing paperwork for several company entities, without being directly involved in bookkeeping
