Job Description
A successful investment firm in Los Angeles is seeking a data-friendly Accounting Manager to join their team! Our client is looking for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role, who is tech savvy to effectively manage data from over 30 different platforms.
The company has been around for over 50 years, providing a stable and reliable career opportunity. Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the senior and staff accountant
- Compute commissions
- Evaluate and reconcile WRAP program revenues
- Reconcile network fee invoices for institutional platforms
- Administrative procedures
- Manage prepaid expenses, bank records, journal entries and fixed assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
- Sage Inacct experience preferred
- Wealth management experience preferred
