Job Description

A law firm in San Francisco, CA is seeking 3 Litigation Associates to manage a diverse caseload, working alongside talented partners in high-profile cases. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, seasoned litigator with a strong commitment to client representation and teamwork. This role is for a dedicated and hard-working professional who values client advocacy and thrives in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 / year DOE
Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a caseload of multiple complex cases through all stages of litigation
- Draft and file complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Take and defend depositions, represent clients in court, and argue motions
- Conduct trial preparation, handle mediation, and examine witnesses when cases proceed to trial
- Partner with co-counsel and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates and guidance
Litigation Associate Requirements:
- 5-7 years of litigation experience
- Must be barred in California
- Proven ability to independently manage cases from beginning to end, with strong leadership, legal writing, and courtroom skills
- Experience in anti-trust litigation and/or large firm background is preferred, but not required
