Job Description
A reputable plaintiff-only law firm specializing in high-stakes class action and antitrust cases seeks two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join its dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) offers an opportunity to work closely with dedicated attorneys on impactful cases against large corporations, gaining hands-on experience in case management and trial preparation. This position is ideal for seasoned litigation paralegals passionate about social justice and looking to make a meaningful difference in a team-oriented and supportive work environment.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $140,000 / year DOE
Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
- 5-7 years of litigation experience in areas such as insurance defense, employment, or construction litigation; antitrust experience a plus
- Proficiency in federal and state e-filing, specifically with systems like PACER or ECF
- Experience with calendaring and coordinating case schedules, including deadlines and depositions
- Knowledge of legal procedures, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Paralegal certificate or documented paralegal work experience
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cases, tracking and organizing key deadlines and schedules
- Coordinate case calendars and prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct research, manage discovery processes, and oversee document review
- Collaborate closely with attorneys throughout all stages of case management
